At Zencopter, we stand behind our high-performance drones and accessories with a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your flight experience, we are committed to making it right through a swift exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zencopter account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the drone and all original accessories, manuals, and batteries into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our processing center, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
